- We represent YOU at no cost. Fees are paid by the community upon move-in.
- We will accompany you on your tour, when available, to senior living communities and assist with qualifying and discovery questions.
- We take the time to fully understand you or your loved one’s needs and desires, before referring to any communities.
- We will negotiate the best rate on your behalf and take advantage of any specials or promotions, which you may not be aware of.
- We regularly schedule Senior Advisor tours, assessments and evaluations of referred community partners to ensure non-deficiencies.
- We will assist with matching your budget to appropriate communities.
- We have Certified Senior Advisors, with many years of senior living experience.
