Kimberly Gutierrez has dedicated the majority of her career to the senior living industry. As the founder of Assisted Living Pros, she brings extensive experience helping families navigate senior care options and making informed placement decisions.
Over the past decade, Kimberly has worked with some of the nation’s largest senior living companies, gaining valuable insight into what families need when selecting a community. Her expertise in evaluating senior care services, identifying quality care, and recognizing gaps within communities has helped countless families find the right fit.
Understanding that every community offers different services and levels of care, Kimberly is committed to ensuring families receive knowledgeable guidance throughout the placement process. Through Assisted Living Pros, she leads a team dedicated to providing expert, complimentary senior placement services.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with some of the largest senior living companies in the nation, gaining valuable insights into what families seek in a community. My ability to identify exceptional senior care services, as well as gaps within communities, has become second nature to both me and my dedicated team.

My passion is in community-based assistance to people in need. My professional experience consists of serving in the U.S Air Force, serving on several boards as Vice Chairman and Chairman, and finally as serving as CEO for more than thirty years to some of the leading Credit Unions in the greater Houston area.
My personal and professional successes have certainly increased my passion and desire to give back to the community. I have experienced firsthand what it is like to have to make the emotional decision to place a parent in a higher level of care. I know the stress, guilt and financial strain that can accompany these challenging seasons in life. Through this experience, I realized that there is a real need for our exact service; assistance from the time one is considering options to the time they move in.
We believe that completely understanding the specific needs, desires, passions and budget of the resident is paramount in making that perfect placement and in giving the family peace of mind. It would be an honor to assist you in making one of the most important decisions of your life.

As the first employee of Assisted Living Pros, Paige Arbing has helped hundreds of families and seniors find the right senior living community. She specializes in understanding each family’s unique needs and providing personalized placement options.
Paige has developed strong relationships with senior living communities throughout Northwest Houston, creating a collaborative network that supports families as they navigate senior care decisions. Her experience and industry knowledge allow her to guide families toward the best solutions based on their healthcare needs and goals.
As Regional Director, Paige leads the Assisted Living Pros team with a commitment to exceptional service, helping families confidently navigate the senior placement process.
