Kimberly Gutierrez has dedicated the majority of her career to the senior living industry. As the founder of Assisted Living Pros, she brings extensive experience helping families navigate senior care options and making informed placement decisions.
Over the past decade, Kimberly has worked with some of the nation’s largest senior living companies, gaining valuable insight into what families need when selecting a community. Her expertise in evaluating senior care services, identifying quality care, and recognizing gaps within communities has helped countless families find the right fit.
Understanding that every community offers different services and levels of care, Kimberly is committed to ensuring families receive knowledgeable guidance throughout the placement process. Through Assisted Living Pros, she leads a team dedicated to providing expert, complimentary senior placement services.

My passion is in community-based assistance to people in need. My professional experience consists of serving in the U.S Air Force, serving on several boards as Vice Chairman and Chairman, and finally as serving as CEO for more than thirty years to some of the leading Credit Unions in the greater Houston area.
My personal and professional successes have certainly increased my passion and desire to give back to the community. I have experienced firsthand what it is like to have to make the emotional decision to place a parent in a higher level of care. I know the stress, guilt and financial strain that can accompany these challenging seasons in life. Through this experience, I realized that there is a real need for our exact service; assistance from the time one is considering options to the time they move in.
We believe that completely understanding the specific needs, desires, passions and budget of the resident is paramount in making that perfect placement and in giving the family peace of mind. It would be an honor to assist you in making one of the most important decisions of your life.

As the first employee of Assisted Living Pros, I have had the privilege of playing an integral role in the growth of our company while helping hundreds of seniors and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions. With years of experience in the senior living industry, I am passionate about understanding each family’s unique needs and providing personalized guidance to help them confidently identify the right senior living solution.
Throughout my tenure, I have built strong relationships with senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and industry partners across Houston and throughout Texas. These relationships, combined with my extensive knowledge of the senior living market, allow me to advocate for families, navigate complex care needs, and identify options that align with their healthcare, financial, and personal goals.
As Regional Director of Sales, I have the privilege of leading and developing our Assisted Living Pros Senior Advisor team across multiple Texas markets. I am passionate about developing strong advisors, building meaningful referral partnerships, and ensuring our team consistently provides the personalized, concierge-level service that sets Assisted Living Pros apart.
I take tremendous pride in what we have built and in the hundreds of families who have trusted us to guide them through critical transitions.
