For the majority of my career, my work and passion has been dedicated to the senior industry. As the founder of Assisted Living Pros, my journey is deeply rooted in personal experiences with placing loved ones in need of care. Despite my extensive tenure and strong relationships in the senior living industry, finding the ideal home care environment for my mother proved to be a significant challenge. It is my belief that many cannot fully grasp the weight of these critical decisions until they face them personally.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with some of the largest senior living companies in the nation, gaining valuable insights into what families seek in a community. My ability to identify exceptional senior care services, as well as gaps within communities, has become second nature to both me and my dedicated team.
Recognizing that every community operates differently with varying levels of care, I understand the importance of thoroughly assessing these key factors. While families can navigate this process independently, I believe that having experts by your side can make all the difference. My passion is in community-based assistance to people in need. My professional experience consists of serving in the U.S Air Force, serving on several boards as Vice Chairman and Chairman, and finally as serving as CEO for more than thirty years to some of the leading Credit Unions in the greater Houston area.
My personal and professional successes have certainly increased my passion and desire to give back to the community. I have experienced firsthand what it is like to have to make the emotional decision to place a parent in a higher level of care. I know the stress, guilt and financial strain that can accompany these challenging seasons in life. Through this experience, I realized that there is a real need for our exact service; assistance from the time one is considering options to the time they move in.
We believe that completely understanding the specific needs, desires, passions and budget of the resident is paramount in making that perfect placement and in giving the family peace of mind. It would be an honor to assist you in making one of the most important decisions of your life.

As the first employee of Assisted Living Pros, I have dedicated the past three years to helping hundreds of families and seniors find the perfect place to call home. My passion lies in meeting with families to understand their specific needs, enabling me to provide tailored options that suit each individual.
Throughout my tenure, I have had the privilege of building strong relationships with various facilities and communities across northwest Houston. This collaborative network allows us to support one another as we guide families through the complexities of the senior care industry. Assisting families in prioritizing their healthcare needs and goals has been an incredibly rewarding and gratifying experience. This commitment drives me to ensure that every individual receives the best care possible.
